Our fantastic and creative Drama Kidz and Teenz from the Somerset West classes took to the stage on Wednesday, 27 September. What an amazing evening we had as the children shone like the stars they are.
The students spent the whole of term 3 rehearsing for their plays which were performed for over 100 people (family and friends). Most of the scripts for the Drama Kidz were scripted with the students giving creative input for the ad lib sections. For the Drama Teenz, they were given the challenge of workshopping and improvising large chunks of their play. The beginning and end were scripted but everything in between was created by the talented students themselves.
What a fabulous evening of fun and drama!
